We are seeking a talented QA Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience, specializing in both manual and automated testing, to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our travel projects.
As a QA Engineer at TravellGDS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our travel technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manual and automated testing processes, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in the travel domain.
• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual test cases to validate the functionality and usability of travel applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Implement and execute automated tests to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct regular regression testing to ensure that software updates and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues arising from regression testing.
• Utilize knowledge of the travel industry to identify and address domain-specific testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand travel project requirements.
• Log and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and communicate detailed defect reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with performance testing teams to conduct load and stress testing, ensuring the scalability of travel applications.
• Analyze and report on performance test results.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in QA, with a focus on travel projects.
Strong understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies.
Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
Knowledge of the travel industry and associated business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
