Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements related to the travel domain.
Conduct thorough analysis to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirements.
Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
Analyze data related to travel trends, customer behavior, and market insights to inform business decisions.
Work closely with data scientists and analysts to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with architects and development teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with industry best practices and standards.
Develop and execute test plans to validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the travel industry.
Strong understanding of travel domain processes and industry trends.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
